Overview
Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm was founded durring the early 18th century in early summer of the year 1741, by Dúåh́. The establishment of Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm's construction back out of the project. Dúåh́ pushed on reguardles, and Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the early 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm is buildings are built arround a single broad cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm's robustly designed timber walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.
A look arround Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm reveals an abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Cultural Notes

Their decisions have the practical weight of law, and much of their time and effort is spent squeezing out competitors and parceling out economic opportunities in the community. Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm lost 193 people, 321 livestock, and 73 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 122, when members of Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm's militia enacted an operation to capture a particular enemy war supplies intact. The operation was complicated by the officers in charge fight among themselves, weakening the army as a whole. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in victory for Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Bèrkāgshùnuvù Gíhm's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
